Gaviscon Dual Action provides quick and lasting relief from the discomfort of heartburn (gastric reflux) and indigestion. It functions in two ways:

  • Creates a protective layer over the stomach contents to ease the burning sensation in your chest.

Gaviscon Dual Action works as follows:

  • Indigestion? Neutralizes excess stomach acid.
  • Heartburn? Forms a barrier to prevent acid from rising.
  • Dual-action relief from heartburn and indigestion.
  • Soothes in just 4 minutes (Strugala v et al. 2010).
  • Free from sugar and gluten.
  • Mixed berry/peppermint flavor.

Ingredients

Sodium alginate 500mg/10mL, Sodium bicarbonate 213mg/10mL, Calcium carbonate 325mg/10mL

Usage instructions

10mL (for ages 6-12 years) and 20mL (for ages over 12 years) as needed after meals and before bed, up to 4 times a day or as directed. Shake well before use.

Storage instructions

Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 6 years. The maximum total daily intake (80mL) for adults contains 1023mg of sodium (consider this if on a low sodium diet). Contains hydroxybenzoates, saccharin, and sodium. Ensure the cap seal is unbroken before first use. Discard 6 months after opening. This product does not contain aluminium, sugar, gluten, or artificial coloring.
