Gaviscon Dual Action provides quick and lasting relief from heartburn and indigestion. It operates through two mechanisms: first, by effectively reducing excess stomach acid, and second, by forming a protective layer over stomach contents, alleviating burning sensations in the chest.
This product is suitable for adults and children over 6 years of age, but is not recommended for those under 6. The maximum daily intake for adults is 80mL, containing 1023mg of sodium, which should be considered by those on a low sodium diet. It also includes hydroxybenzoates, saccharin, and sodium.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients per 10mL:
- Sodium bicarbonate: 213mg
- Calcium carbonate: 325mg
- Sodium alginate: 500mg
This product contains hydroxybenzoates, saccharin, and sodium.
Directions for Use
For children aged 6-12 years: take 10mL as needed after meals and before bedtime, up to 4 times a day. For individuals over 12 years: take 20mL as required. Shake well before use.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Not recommended for children under 6 years. The maximum daily intake for adults (80mL) contains 1023mg of sodium; please consider this if on a low sodium diet. This product does not contain aluminium, sugar, gluten, or artificial coloring.
