Gastro-Stop includes loperamide, which reduces the speed of intestinal movement, allowing for better reabsorption of fluids and electrolytes.

Ingredients

Loperamide hydrochloride 2mg

Usage instructions

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 2 capsules with water. Follow-up Dose: 1 capsule with water after each loose bowel motion as needed. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.

Storage instructions

Protect from light. Store below 25°C.

Warnings

If symptoms persist after two days of treatment, seek medical advice promptly. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, likely to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration as fluid and electrolyte depletion may occur with diarrhoea. If dehydration is suspected, seek medical attention. Avoid use if you have a medical condition where constipation should be avoided.
