Directions for Use
Coloring your hair with Garnier Olia is simple and enjoyable:
- Put on the provided gloves and keep them on for the entire process.
- Apply the prepared product to dry, unwashed hair. Massage the product through your hair and focus on the roots. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly and apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the silicone-free after-color conditioner. Leave it in for 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
