Directions for Use
To use the tabs effectively:
- Ensure hands are dry when handling the tabs.
- Do not pierce, break, cut, or tear the tabs apart. If two tabs are stuck together, place both in the bottom of the dishwasher without separating them.
- No unwrapping is necessary; the tab dissolves completely during the wash.
- Place one tab in the dry dispenser per wash. No pre-rinsing is required, but remove large food scraps before loading dishes with soiled surfaces facing the water sprays.
- Do not place in the cutlery basket unless using a Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer, where it can be placed in an empty section of the basket if it does not fit the dispenser.
- Effective in short or eco cycles.
Storage & Warnings
CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. May be harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation and skin irritation. Contains Subtilisin, which may cause allergic reactions. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing and seek medical advice if irritation persists. If on skin, wash with plenty of water. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand. Do not swallow; if ingested, seek medical advice.
IMPORTANT: Some items may not be suitable for machine dishwashing, including aluminum ware, leaded crystal, decorated glassware, old or hand-painted china, and wooden or bone-handled items. Ensure that items are dishwasher safe before washing. Hard water may cause limescale, spots, and water marks on dishes and glasses.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
