Usage instructions
Open here. Tear here. Reseal after use. The built-in salt function works effectively in soft, medium, and hard water. Usage Instructions: DO NOT SWALLOW.
- Handle with dry hands only.
- Do not pierce, break, cut or tear tabs apart. If two tabs are stuck together, do not separate. Instead, place both into the bottom of the dishwasher. To avoid this in future, handle with dry hands only.
- No unwrapping. The tab dissolves completely during the wash.
- Place one tab per wash in the DRY dispenser. No need to pre-rinse. Remove food scraps and scrape plates & dishes. Load dishes with soiled surfaces facing the water sprays.
- Do not place in cutlery basket. For Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer, if the tab does not fit in the dispenser, place it in an empty section of the cutlery basket.
- Effective in short (1hr, 65C) or eco cycles. Use one tab per wash. Wrapper-free, with biodegradable, 100% water-soluble film.
Storage instructions
To maintain the quality of the Ultimate tabs, always close the bag properly after use and store away from heat and moisture. Handle and store safely.

Causes serious eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. Contains subtilisin and -amylase. May cause an allergic reaction. Caution: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice. IF ON SKIN: If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. IF SWALLOWED: do NOT induce vomiting. If the product is ingested, seek medical advice.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
