Ingredients
- Oxygen-based bleaching agents to clean food stains.
- Non-ionic surfactants for grease cutting and shine enhancement.
- Enzymes (Subtilisin, Amylase) to break down protein and starch stains.
- Phosphonates to enhance shine.
- Polycarboxylates to soften water.
- Perfume for a burst of freshness.
- Colorant for tablet coloration.
- Polyvinyl alcohol, a biodegradable and water-soluble film.
Directions for Use
For optimal use:
- Always handle tabs with dry hands.
- Do not pierce, break, cut, or tear tabs apart. If two tabs are stuck together, place them both in the bottom of the dishwasher.
- No unwrapping is necessary; the tab dissolves completely during the wash.
- Place one tab in the dry dispenser for each wash. No pre-rinsing required; simply remove food scraps and load dishes with soiled surfaces facing the water sprays.
- Do not place tabs in the cutlery basket, except for FISHER & PAYKEL DISHDRAWER® models where the tab may be placed in an empty section of the cutlery basket.
- Effective in short cycles (1 hour at 65°C) and eco cycles.
Storage & Warnings
Store out of reach of children. May be harmful if swallowed and can cause eye and skin irritation. Contains Subtilisin, which may cause allergic reactions. If in contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and consult a doctor if irritation persists. In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of water. Do not ingest.
Check that items are dishwasher safe before washing, as some materials, such as aluminum, leaded crystal, and wooden items, may be unsuitable for machine dishwashing. Hard water may cause limescale and spots on dishes.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
