• Step 1: Start with essie's Apricot Oil and cleanse the nail thoroughly with polish remover to remove dirt and oils.
• Step 2: Apply one coat of your chosen base coat.
• Step 3: Apply two coats of your favorite essie color.
• Step 4: Finish with one of essie's top coats.

Pro Tip: Always polish along the tip of the nail during each step. Capping the tip helps the polish adhere better, prolonging the wear of your manicure.

Delivery Times

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where the shipping method supports tracking. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Late or Missing Parcels

Special Order and Backorder Cancellations

Once a special order or backorder is placed with our supplier, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will only be authorized if the supplying manufacturer permits a penalty-free cancellation to us. If any supplier administrative fees or restocking fees are incurred during a requested cancellation, these costs will be passed on to the customer.

Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Special Order Items

The restrictions placed on cancellations and change of mind returns do not impact your statutory consumer rights. If a special order item arrives damaged, is structurally faulty, or fails to meet legal consumer standards, you remain fully covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the manufacturer's operational warranties. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

Special Order and Backorder Change of Mind Returns

Our standard return and exchange policies do not apply to custom configurations, non-stocked products, spare parts, or special order items. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind on any special order goods. Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

• All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization

Shipping Damage
