MOOV Head Lice Solution (500mL) is a fast-acting treatment that effectively kills head lice and their eggs in just 10 minutes. This clinically proven solution disrupts the head lice life cycle and is recommended for use on normal scalps. It utilizes a combination of natural essential oils that interfere with the lice's biochemical mechanisms, leading to their elimination.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:

  • 24% v/v Alcohol
  • Eucalyptus Oil 11% w/w
  • Leptospermum Petersonii Leaf Oil 1.0% w/w

Directions for Use

  1. Apply to dry hair, ensuring eyes are protected.
  2. Divide hair into sections, applying the product behind the ears and on the neck first, then to the rest of the hair and scalp. Ensure hair and scalp are thoroughly wet.
  3. Cover hair with the provided shower cap, ensuring it covers all areas, including the ears and nape of the neck.
  4. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the shower cap, rinse hair, and shampoo thoroughly. Rinse the shower cap for reuse.

Important: Repeat the above steps after seven and fourteen days following the initial treatment.

Storage & Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. For external use only. If product comes in contact with eyes, flush immediately with water. Consult a healthcare professional before use on infants under 6 months. A mild tingling sensation may occur during use, which typically resolves quickly after rinsing. Discontinue use if severe irritation develops.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
