Usage instructions

For Adults. Swallow with a glass of water. If you have trouble swallowing, pierce or squeeze the contents into food. To manage cold & flu symptoms, start at the first signs:

• DAY Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule 4 times daily with food.
• NIGHT Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule 1 hour before bedtime.
• For Immune Support: DAY Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule daily to help maintain immune system health, or as directed by your health professional.
