Directions for Use
Spray the cleaner onto the surface to be cleaned and wipe with a damp sponge or cloth. For optimal germ elimination, allow the spray to sit for 30 seconds before wiping. This product is suitable for use on benchtops, stovetops, laminate, tiles, basins, walls, bins, stainless steel, white goods, acrylic, and vinyl. Avoid using on hot surfaces and always test in an inconspicuous area first. Not suitable for lacquered or polished surfaces, and use with caution on wood, aluminum, painted, damaged, or cracked surfaces.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children and store away from direct sunlight. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If swallowed, drink 1-2 glasses of water to dilute and seek medical advice. Ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces. Avoid contact with unsealed marble, varnished wood, porous, cracked, or unsealed surfaces. Do not mix with other chemicals or bleach. Always perform a spot test on all surfaces.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
