Directions for Use
- Cleanse, tone, and dry the skin.
- Remove one eye mask from the sachet and peel away one side of the protective mesh film.
- Apply the mask to the eye, starting with the round section on the temple, smoothing the narrow section on the upper eyelid and the wider section under the eye.
- Smooth out the mask to ensure good contact with the skin. Remove the second protective mesh layer.
- Apply the second mask in the same manner.
- Relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, allowing your skin to absorb the active ingredients.
- To remove the mask, start at the temple, holding the skin under the mask with one hand while gently peeling it away. Discard the mask.
- No need to rinse. Massage any remaining serum from the sachet into your skin.
- Use as often as desired.

Storage & Warnings

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
