Usage instructions
SUITABLE FOR USE ON: Hard non-porous surfaces such as benchtops, sinks, appliances, and stove tops. Use with care on painted, varnished, and porous surfaces; test a small inconspicuous area first. Avoid using on wood, fabric, acrylic plastics such as fridge and microwave interiors, marble, granite, or aluminium surfaces. To operate: Turn nozzle to ON position while directing the trigger away from your face. For general household/kitchen cleaning: Spray the soiled area, then wipe clean. To disinfect/deodorize: Spray until thoroughly wet on clean surfaces and let stand for 10 minutes before wiping. For heavily soiled surfaces, clean according to the above instructions before following the disinfection steps. Turn nozzle to OFF position. DO NOT squeeze in OFF position as this may cause product to spit when turned ON. Not intended for use on medical devices or other therapeutic goods. Not suitable for use on brass, marble, unwaxed vinyl, copper, aluminium, coated steel, and unsealed wood.

Not to be used on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting; give a glass of water to drink. If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly. Will irritate eyes. If in eyes, wash out immediately with a large amount of water. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If irritation persists, contact a doctor. Contains no phosphates.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
