If a special order item arrives damaged, is structurally faulty, or fails to meet legal consumer standards, you remain fully covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the manufacturer's operational warranties. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

Special Order and Backorder Change of Mind Returns

Our standard return and exchange policies do not apply to custom configurations, non-stocked products, spare parts, or special order items. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind on any special order goods. Restocking Fees
