Directions for Use
- Apply a drop of your drink to the pink and yellow test areas.
- Observe for a colour change to orange, grey, or blue, which indicates that your drink may be spiked.
- If a colour change occurs, do not consume the drink.
Storage & Warnings
Store away from children, animals, chemicals, and moisture at temperatures between 4 and 30 degrees Celsius.
- Single use only.
- Tests for minimal spiking dosages of pharmaceutical GHB (Xyrem), Ketamine, Cocaine, Scopolamine, and other amines in drinks. Smaller quantities may not be detected.
- Follow instructions exactly. Do not place the wristband in your drink.
- Certain drinks, such as those that are red in colour or milk-based, may produce a false positive.
- Drinks containing lime cordial or bitter lemon may produce a false negative.
- If you are unsure about the safety of your drink or feel unwell, do not consume it.
- A negative test result does not guarantee that the drink is safe, as it may contain other dangerous substances. If in doubt, do not drink.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for the presence of any substances other than those specified.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
