Curash Sensitive Fragrance Free Baby Wipes have been specially designed to be gentle on baby's sensitive skin. Formulated with 99% ingredients from natural origins, these wipes are free from perfumes, soap, alcohol, and preservatives such as parabens, MI, or phenoxyethanol. Dermatologist and Paediatrician tested, they are pH balanced and suitable for sensitive skin. The wipes are soft and gentle for baby while being thick and strong to handle any mess. They are also vegan-friendly and not tested on animals, making them suitable for cleaning little hands and faces.
In line with our sustainability promise, the packaging features recyclable design elements, including a plastic pouch made from 100% polypropylene (PP) and an Easy Seal lid containing 30% post-consumer recycled PP plastic. Both components can be recycled where soft plastic recycling facilities are available.

Ingredients
Aqua (Water), Sodium Benzoate, Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Potassium Sorbate.
Directions for Use
Open the lid, remove the sticker, and pull out wipes as needed to clean baby's bottom, hands, and face. Dispose of used wipes in household waste. Do not flush. Always close the lid firmly after each use to keep wipes moist. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

The pouch, lid, and sticker are made from fully recyclable polypropylene (PP) - please recycle where facilities are available. The carton is made from cardboard and is also recyclable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
