Product Details

Command Picture Hanging Strips allow you to easily personalize your space without the need for nails, screws, or tacks. These strips snap and lock together to create a secure hold, utilizing innovative Command Adhesive that works on various surfaces like painted walls, wood, tile, and more. They remove cleanly without leaving holes, marks, sticky residue, or stains.

Usage Instructions

To Apply:
1. Clean the surface with isopropyl rubbing alcohol, wipe gently, and let it dry. Avoid using household cleaners.
2. Press the fasteners together until they click.
3. Remove one liner and place a set of strips on the back of the frame, pressing firmly. Repeat the process for the other strips.
4. Position the frame on the wall and press each strip firmly for 30 seconds.
5. To remove the frame, grab it at the bottom and peel it off the surface without pulling it straight towards you. Press on all three areas of each strip for 30 seconds each.
6. Wait 1 hour before mounting the frame. Press the fasteners together until they click for a secure hold. If the item is not level, you can reposition it.
To Remove:
1. Hold the bottom corners and remove the frame as demonstrated.
2. Do not pull the strip towards you.
3. Lightly press the top of the strip and grab the tab, stretching it slowly straight down along the wall.
4. Continue stretching for at least 38 cm until the strip releases from the wall.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
