Ingredients
Coloxyl with Senna contains two active ingredients: Senna and docusate. Additionally, Coloxyl Infant Drops contain Poloxamer (100mg/mL) as the active ingredient.
Directions for Use
For adults using Coloxyl with Senna, take one or two tablets at night before bedtime with a glass of water to help produce a bowel movement in the morning. You may increase to a maximum of four tablets if necessary, but do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is also advisable to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to aid in stool softening.
For Coloxyl Infant Drops, administer three times daily, adding drops to water or fruit juice if desired. Use the provided measuring syringe for accurate dosing.
Storage & Warnings
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Ensure to drink plenty of water and increase dietary fiber unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional. Avoid using with other medications or liquid paraffin unless directed by a doctor. Prolonged use is not recommended as it may lead to dependence.
Do not use if the cap seal is broken or missing. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
