This product is designed to remove artificial hair color without the use of bleach or ammonia. Its gentle formula breaks the bonds of artificial color pigments in your hair, making it easy to rinse away.

Usage instructions

Contains one application. For longer or thicker hair, two boxes may be necessary. Follow these steps:

  1. Shake bottle A well and pour the entire contents into bottle B. Shake again for 60 seconds.
  2. Warm hair with a hairdryer and apply the mixed color remover onto clean, dry hair from root to tip. Massage and distribute evenly. Leave on for 60 minutes.
  3. Rinse off with warm water.
  4. Apply half of bottle C and rinse, then apply the second half of bottle C and rinse again. For complete instructions, please refer to the packaging. Always conduct a skin and strand test prior to application.

Warnings

Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a physician. Before sun exposure, cover areas treated with AHAs with sunscreen. Limit the frequency and duration of skin contact. Not suitable for henna-treated or afro-textured hair. Consult a GP before use if pregnant. Colourless may have limited effectiveness on temporary, semi-permanent, and fashion colors (like pinks, purples, greens, or blues).

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
