Usage instructions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day for a minimum of 2 minutes, or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children aged 6 years or younger. Colgate advises using specially formulated toothpaste for children.
