Usage instructions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day for a minimum of 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Avoid swallowing and rinse with a small amount of water. Not suitable for children 6 years or younger; Colgate suggests using specially formulated toothpaste for children.
