Codral Kids Cold & Flu Cough + Immunity Support is a 200mL liquid formulation designed for children aged 2 years and above. It is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to alleviate symptoms associated with colds and flu, such as a blocked and runny nose, sore throat, and cough.

Ingredients
Active ingredients (per 7.5ml):
- Hedera helix dry leaf extract - 24 mg (from 150 mg dry leaf)
- Sambucus nigra fruit juice dry - 54.9 mg (from 3.5 g fresh fruit juice)
- Zinc (from zinc gluconate) - 608 micrograms
This product also contains sorbates and 7.15 g of sorbitol per 45 ml. Please note that products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Use the measuring cup provided to administer the correct dosage. Please ensure the cap is tightened after use to engage the child-resistant closure. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C.
Do not use:
- In children under 2 years
- If the cap seal is broken or missing
- If you are hypersensitive to ivy, elderberry, zinc, or any of the ingredients
Ask your doctor before use if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You or your child are taking any other medicines or have any medical conditions
Caution:
- For short-term use only
- If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms appear, discontinue use and consult your doctor

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
