Usage instructions

1. Prep - Use an old towel to protect your clothing and surfaces. If the product comes in contact with skin or surfaces, wipe away immediately to avoid staining. - Brush dry hair into your preferred style - Put on gloves.
2. Apply - Remove cap and hold the tube with brush tip facing down. - Squeeze the tube until you see gel on the brush - Brush onto greys at part line, face frame, or temples - Ensure to saturate your most visible greys with the color gel
3. Finish - After applying, leave the product on hair for 10 minutes. - Once time is up, rinse the gel from hair. - Condition as needed.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
