Clairol Frost & Tip offers you the precise blonde highlights you desire, whether you want a lot or just a few. It includes an expert cap and hook for simpler, more accurate highlighting. Simply place the cap on and pull strands of hair through the holes with the hook. More holes lead to more highlights. It's really that easy!

Ingredients

Highlighting Powder: Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Ammonium Persulfate, Sodium Persulfate, Mineral, Silica, Carbomer, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Cocoylisethionate, Fragrance/Parfum, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil. Usage instructions

Please read and carefully follow the instructions in the leaflet. This product may cause an allergic reaction. Wear appropriate gloves and do not ingest. Rinse hair thoroughly after application. Recommendation: For blonde or medium brown hair. If you have long or thick hair and it's your first time using it, we suggest using two packs of Frost & Tip.

Warnings

Irritant. Contains hydrogen peroxide, phenylenediamines, resorcinol, and ammonia. Refer to the bottom of the package for the complete list of ingredients. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately if the product gets into them. Do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows, as this may cause injury to the eye. Always rinse hair well after application and wear suitable gloves. Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to each use (see enclosed leaflet), even if you have previously used coloring products. Be sure to purchase the product 48 hours in advance.
