Directions for Use
- Conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to colouring.
- Mix the Colour Blend Formula (labelled 1) with the Colour Blend Activator (labelled 2) and secure the cap.
- With gloves on, shake the mixture with your finger over the applicator bottle.
- Part hair into sections and apply the colour, starting at the roots and moving to the ends.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes or 45 minutes for stubborn greys.
- Rinse and apply the ColourSeal Conditioning Gloss (labelled 3) to enhance shine. Save the remaining conditioner for weekly use.
Storage & Warnings
Read safety directions before using the product. This hair dye is not suitable for individuals under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase allergy risk. Do not use this product if:
- You have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- You have previously experienced a reaction to hair dye.
- You have experienced a reaction to temporary "black henna" tattoos.
For optimal safety, perform an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use, even if you’ve used hair colour products before. This product can cause severe allergic reactions. Contact a doctor if any reaction occurs. Avoid eye contact and rinse immediately if the product comes into contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
