Directions for Use
- Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to coloring.
- Mix the Colour Blend Formula (labeled 1) with the Colour Blend Activator (labeled 2) and secure the cap.
- Shake the mixture while covering the applicator with your finger.
- Section your hair and apply the color starting from the roots to the ends.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes, or 45 minutes for stubborn greys.
- Rinse and apply ColourSeal Conditioning Gloss (labeled 3) to enhance shine. Save any remaining conditioner for weekly use.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. This product is not suitable for individuals under 16 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. Store in a cool, dry place, and follow the safety directions provided.
Possible skin irritants are present; therefore, conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use. If you experience any adverse reactions, consult a doctor immediately. Do not swallow, and avoid using on a damaged or irritated scalp.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
