Ingredients
The product contains the following key ingredients:
Colour-Blend Formula: Aqua/Water/Eau, Ethoxydiglycol, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Soytrimonium Chloride, and others.
Colour-Blend Activator: Aqua/Water/Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Acrylates Copolymer, and others.
CC+ ColourSeal Conditioner: Aqua/Water/Eau, Bis-Hydroxy/Methoxy Amodimethicone, Stearyl Alcohol, and others.
Note: Contains up to 2.65% v/v Ammonia and 9.7% v/v Hydrogen Peroxide. Also includes Resorcinol and Phenylenediamines.
Directions for Use
- Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to colouring.
- When ready, mix the Colour Blend Formula (labeled 1) with the Colour Blend Activator (labeled 2) and close the cap.
- With gloves on, cover the applicator bottle with a finger and shake well.
- Section hair and apply the colour starting from the roots to the ends.
- Set a timer for 25 minutes, or 45 minutes for stubborn greys.
- Rinse and apply the ColourSeal Conditioning Gloss (labeled 3) to lock in shine. Save any remaining conditioner for weekly use.
Storage & Warnings
Please read safety directions before use. This product is not suitable for individuals under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may heighten the risk of allergies.
Do not use this product if:
- You have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
- You have ever had a reaction after using hair colour.
- You have reacted to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not ingest or use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows.
In case of accidental ingestion, do not induce vomiting. If an allergic reaction occurs or for any concerns, consult a doctor promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
