Directions for Use
Read and follow the instructions provided in the enclosed leaflet. Before coloring, conduct an allergy test and strand test. With gloves on, mix the contents of tube 1 into bottle 2 and shake well. Apply the mixture to your hair according to the instructions and timing provided. After application, rinse and shampoo your hair. Use the HydraShine Conditioner and style your hair to enjoy your bold color. For an additional boost, use the Colour Boost Glaze after two weeks by applying it to clean, damp hair, leaving it on for 2-5 minutes, then rinsing.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Follow all safety instructions and perform the allergy alert test 48 hours before each use. This product is not suitable for individuals under the age of 16. Avoid using if you have a rash, sensitive scalp, or previous reactions to hair colorants. In case of any adverse reaction, consult a doctor immediately. Rinse hair thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
For specific regions: This product may contain ingredients that could cause skin sensitization. A preliminary test should be conducted before use. Do not use for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. The mixing ratio is indicated on the label.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
