Storage & Warnings
- This product is intended for infants aged 0 to 5 months, with a maximum weight limit of 9 kg.
- Discontinue use when the child can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up.
- Ensure the product is securely anchored and positioned before using in bedside sleeper mode.
- Check that connection belts are properly hooked and tensioned before placing a child in the sleeper.
- Do not use the sleeper without the support frame.
- Keep fastening belts out of reach of children.
- The thickness of the uncompressed mattress must not exceed 25mm.
- The upper surface of the mattress must be at least 191mm lower than the lowest side of the bedside sleeper.
- Only use a mattress that is suitable for this product if purchased separately.
- Remove any objects inside the product that could reduce its depth.
- Avoid exposure to open fires and strong heat sources.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before use; failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
- Do not use the bedside sleeper without the anchor plate attached and locked. Ensure all straps are secured and tight before each use.
- Keep in mind suffocation hazards; remove all packing materials immediately after opening.
- To prevent falls, discontinue use when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or reaches the weight limit of 9 kg, whichever comes first.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
