General Information
CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm is a multi-purpose repair balm designed to immediately hydrate, soothe, and protect dry and rough skin while restoring the skin's moisture barrier. Developed with dermatologists, it combines three recommended occlusive ingredients, including petrolatum, three essential ceramides, and hyaluronic acid. This non-greasy balm forms a protective layer on the skin's surface, helping to shield mildly compromised skin from environmental aggressors and enhancing the skin's natural moisture barrier for up to eight hours. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and mild eczema-prone skin, and can be used on babies from one month old in the nappy area only.

Directions for Use
Apply to face, lips, and body as needed. Avoid direct contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Suggested Routine:
- Step 1: Start with a deeply cleansed skin using CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser.
- Step 2: For face - after cleansing, apply AM Facial Moisturising Lotion with SPF during the day and replace it with PM Facial Moisturising Lotion at night. For body - apply Moisturising Cream or Lotion on damp skin to lock in moisture.
- Step 3: Follow up with Advanced Repair Balm to soften and smooth dry or rough-feeling skin.
Storage & Warnings
Please store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
