Directions for Use
Adults should take one tablet daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use if the seal under the cap is torn or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. The maximum daily dose from dietary supplements should not exceed 150 mcg for adults. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are breastfeeding or taking other supplements, as they may contain the same ingredients.
In case of accidental overdose, discontinue use and contact your doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Australia: 13 11 26, New Zealand: 0800 764 766).
Excessive intake of Vitamin A (over 3000 mcg retinol equivalents) may lead to birth defects; therefore, do not take Vitamin A supplements if pregnant or planning to become pregnant without consulting a healthcare provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
