Directions for Use
Take one tablet daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the seal under the cap is torn or missing.
Storage & Warnings
This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. The daily intake of selenium from dietary supplements should not exceed 150 micrograms for adults. Consult your health professional if you are breastfeeding. Not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
