Additionally, it helps eliminate germs and leaves laundry with a fresh scent. It can also be used on household surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.

Usage instructions
For Washing Machines (Top and Front Loader): Add 2 capfuls of Canesten Disinfectant & Laundry Sanitiser into your fabric softener dispenser. For each capful, measure to the vertical line marking within the cap. Use alongside your regular laundry detergent. Wash clothes according to washing instructions. If adding manually to your wash, ensure it is included in the final rinse cycle.
For Hand Wash: After washing clothes, add 2 capfuls of Canesten Disinfectant & Laundry Sanitiser into your final rinse. For each capful, measure to the vertical line marking within the cap. Ratio: 2 capfuls per 10 litres of water.
For Surface Disinfection: Dilute 2 capfuls of Canesten Disinfectant & Laundry Sanitiser in 2.5 litres of water. For each capful, measure to the vertical line marking within the cap. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals.
Storage instructions
Store below 30°C.

If the undiluted contents come into contact with eyes or skin, it may cause irritation. Discontinue use if rash or irritation develops. Do not apply on skin or use internally. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
