Byron Beef Jerky is made locally from 100% Free Range pasture fed cattle. Our beef is raised the old fashioned way free from nasties, no added hormones and is made strictly to our 'if we wouldn't feed it to our own kids every day" policy. It is a good source of Protein with 50.8 g of protein per 100g.
