General Information
Brauer's Baby & Child Sleep is formulated with traditional ingredients used in Western herbal medicine to support restful sleep and reduce nervous tension. This product contains Lemon balm to alleviate sleeplessness and Chamomile to help with restlessness. It is 99% sugar-free, easy to administer, and suitable for children aged 6 months and older.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Each 1mL of liquid contains:
- Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile)* extract dry concentrate 25mg (equivalent to dry flower 100mg)
- Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) extract dry concentrate 16.9mg (equivalent to dry leaf 67.5mg)
Homeopathic preparations (5 microlitres of each):
- Matricaria chamomilla 30C
- Coffea arabica 6C
- Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) 6C
- Anemone pulsatilla 6C

Allergen Information: Free from Dairy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Egg, and Gluten.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use and utilize the measuring device provided.
Dosage:
- Children 6 months to 2 years: 2mL up to 3 times daily
- Children 2 to 4 years: 4mL up to 3 times daily
- Children 5 to 9 years: 6mL up to 3 times daily
- Children 10 to 14 years: 8mL up to 3 times daily
One dose may be taken 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. This product is intended for short-term use unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional. Not suitable for infants under 6 months of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage Temperature: Store below 25°C.
Recyclable Information: Both the carton and bottle are recyclable.
Warnings: If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. This product contains hydroxybenzoates. Keep out of reach of children. If overdose is suspected, contact the Poisons Advice Line at 131 126. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
Caution: This product is dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, and contains no artificial colors or sweeteners. It is also free from tree nuts and peanuts.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
