They are carefully cut in the traditional manner and allowed to dry in the fields before the flowers and stems are distilled into a highly valued oil. Usage instructions

- Unscrew and remove the cap.
- Wearing gloves, use your finger to push out the stopper or plug from the top of the cap.
- Screw the cap back onto the bottle.
- Insert the rattan stems into the bottle, ensuring they are spread out. The stems will act as a wick, drawing up the fragrance and releasing it slowly into the air.
- Ensure the product is placed on a stable surface to prevent accidental spillage. Do not place on polished, painted, or plastic surfaces; wipe the surface in case of spillage.
- Ensure reed stems do not come into contact with any materials or surfaces. Reeds may change color over time in contact with the fragrance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
