General Information

This antiseptic Tea Tree solution easily mixes with water, making it ideal for cleaning tasks, particularly in bathrooms and for mopping floors. It can also be added to toilets and drains for a fresh cleaning effect.

Size: 250mL

Suitable For: Antiseptic use, insect bites, antifungal applications, foot care, general cleaning, and deodorizing.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Melaleuca Oil 150mg/g

Directions for Use

For Antiseptic Use: Apply directly to minor cuts and abrasions. Do not cover. Repeat as needed.

For Insect Bites: Dab onto the affected area to relieve itching and allow to dry. Repeat as necessary.

For Antifungal Treatment: For mild skin fungal infections on feet, wash and dry thoroughly. Dab onto the affected area and do not cover until dry. Repeat every 4 hours as required.

For Foot Care: Add a capful to warm water for a foot soak to remove odors and freshen feet.

For Cleaning: Mix 50mL with 1L of warm water to wipe surfaces. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.

For Deodorizing: Add 2 capfuls in toilets and drains for cleaning and freshness.

Storage & Warnings

For external use only. Not recommended for any other purpose. Avoid contact with eyes. Perform a patch test on skin before use; discontinue if sensitivity occurs. Not suitable for use in an oil burner. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store below 30°C.

First Aid: For advice, contact a Poison Information Centre (Aus 131 126 or NZ 0800 764 766) or a doctor immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
