Directions for Use

Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.

Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding the eye area.

Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the required area. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Storage & Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken. Not to be used neat on skin. Use as directed. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
