Directions for Use

• Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.
• Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding the eye area.
• Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
