Directions for Use

For antiseptic use, apply the oil neat directly to minor wounds such as cuts and scratches, repeating as necessary.

To relieve cold and flu symptoms, add 20 drops to hot water and inhale, or massage into the chest and back. For children under 6 years, dilute 1 part oil into 10 parts carrier oil, repeating every 4 hours as needed.

For muscular aches and pains, massage into the affected areas. Again, for children under 6 years, dilute 1 part oil into 10 parts carrier oil and repeat every 4 hours if required.

Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with the face, eyes, or nostrils.
