This product combines tea tree and clove essential oils, both of which are recognized for their antibacterial properties. It is a water-soluble formula suitable for various personal and cleaning applications.

Made in Australia, this solution can be used for antiseptic purposes, insect bites, antifungal treatments, foot care, and deodorizing.

Each bottle contains 100mL of the product and is designed for multiple uses.

Ingredients

The product contains:

  • Melaleuca Oil: 125mg/g
  • Clove Bud Oil: 7.5mg/g

Directions for Use

  • Antiseptic: Apply directly to minor cuts and abrasions. Do not cover and repeat as needed.
  • Insect Bites: Dab onto the affected area to relieve itching and allow to dry. Repeat as necessary.
  • Antifungal: For mild skin fungal infections on feet, wash and dry the area thoroughly before applying. Do not cover until dry. Repeat every 4 hours as needed.
  • Foot Care: Add a capful to warm water for a foot soak to remove odors and freshen feet.
  • Cleaning: Mix 50mL with 1L of warm water to wipe surfaces, ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Deodorizing: Add 2 capfuls to toilets and drains to clean and freshen.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 30°C. For external use only. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

Avoid contact with eyes and test on skin before use. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Do not use in a diffuser or oil burner. Keep out of reach of children. Contains naturally derived alcohol at 44% (v/v).

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
