Made from high-quality, durable cotton fabric, they easily conform to the body's contours and are filled with Australian wheat. The packs are available in a variety of colors and sizes.

Directions for Use
Heating Instructions
Ensure the microwave is clean before use.
- Flatten the wheat pack on the turntable or bed of the microwave.
- Heat the wheat pack according to the following table:

- Allow the pack to cool and remove carefully from the microwave using a towel.
- Do not reheat until the pack has completely cooled.
Cooling Instructions
- Insert the wheat pack into a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for four hours.
- Prior to application, remove the wheat pack from the plastic bag.
Storage & Warnings
Storage
Store the wheat pack in a cool, clean environment, ideally sealed in a plastic container or bag in the freezer. The recommended storage temperature is room temperature.
Safety Warnings
- Warning: Fire and burn hazard. Do not overheat; always follow heating instructions.
- Do not use under bedding, as it may catch fire.
- Do not place inside fabric or clothing to prevent fire hazards.
- Do not use if the pack smells or looks burnt; allow it to cool and then dispose of it.
- Never leave the pack unattended in the microwave to prevent fire.
- Do not use directly on skin; always use a cover or towel to avoid burns.
- Allow the pack to cool after microwaving before use.
- Limit use on one part of the body to no more than 5 minutes to avoid burns.
- Use with caution as heat packs can burn skin, especially on delicate skin of children or older adults; supervise children at all times.
- For heating, microwave only; do not use in a gas or electric oven.
- Do not add oils or fragrances to the pack as these may increase the risk of fire.
- Not recommended for individuals with reduced awareness of temperature or feeling in their skin, such as diabetics or those with nerve damage.
- Keep instructions with your pack and read them before every use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
