Directions
How to use:
1. Remove strip from pouch. Before using nose strips, twist strip to loosen and separate slits featured on nose strips only (see illustration).
2. After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose or other face area (where you have clogged pores). The strip wona€t stick if skin is dry.
3. Dry hands. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to skin, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
4. Let dry for about 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch - like papier-mache.
5. Slowly and carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward centre.
Australia-wide shipping
We ship to addresses across Australia from our network of warehouses and suppliers. A small number of remote locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your address is one of them, we'll let you know promptly.
Your order may be sent from a wholesaler, warehouse or retailer partner, so the packaging may not always show the DEAL FIRST name.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order. You'll see the total before you pay.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times, counted from when your order is dispatched:
- Metropolitan areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional areas: 2 to 7 business days
- Rural and remote areas: 3 to 10 business days
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where the shipping method supports tracking. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Time frame
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns outside these time frames can't be accepted.
Return Authorization
To request one, contact us with your order number. Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., nappies, opened skincare or cosmetics)
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
