Beyond by BabyLove presents a premium nappy designed with your baby's comfort in mind. The top sheet is crafted from soft organic cotton, ensuring it is additive-free and hypoallergenic. It is certified by Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® to guarantee the absence of harmful chemicals.
The nappy features sustainably sourced pulp from PEFC™ certified forests, promoting environmental responsibility. It includes a wetness indicator that changes color when wet, along with three lines that allow for easy checking through the side of the bodysuit.
With a specially designed 3D loose stool guard, this nappy effectively prevents back leakage. It also incorporates a patented smooth tape that is gentle on the skin and offers superior fit technology to minimize leaks and marks. The nappy is soft and breathable, designed to keep your baby's delicate skin dry and comfortable, providing up to 12 hours of absorption. Additionally, it contains a blend of three plant-based oils—Jojoba, Rice, and Olive Oil—to gently care for your baby's skin.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
