Benzac AC 2.5% Gel is a targeted acne treatment designed for individuals with sensitive skin. This milder formula combines Benzoyl Peroxide with hydrating Glycerin and Acrylates Copolymer technology to effectively clear blocked pores, reduce blackheads and whiteheads, and eliminate acne-causing bacteria, all while keeping the skin smooth and hydrated.

Ingredients

Active: Benzoyl Peroxide 25 mg/g

Inactives: Docusate Sodium, Disodium Edetate, Poloxamer 182, Carbomer 940, Propylene Glycol, Acrylates Copolymer, Glycerol, Silicon Dioxide, Purified Water, and Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH.

Directions for Use

As the second step in your three-step acne treatment routine, apply Benzac AC 2.5% Gel only on affected areas.

Week 1: Start Slowly

  • Wash and dry your hands before application.
  • Cleanse your skin with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
  • Apply a thin layer of the gel once daily to affected areas. Leave on for 2 hours, then rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry.
  • Moisturize with a light, non-comedogenic moisturizer.

After 3 Days (If Tolerated Well)

  • Wash and dry your hands before application.
  • Cleanse your skin, then apply the gel in the evening.
  • Let the gel dry and apply a light moisturizer. Leave on overnight.

After 7 Days

  • If there's no redness or peeling and acne has not improved, use the gel twice daily, in the morning and at night.
  • Always cleanse before applying and moisturize afterwards.

Storage & Warnings

When using this product, be aware that active ingredients may increase skin sensitivity. It is not recommended to use other potentially irritating or exfoliating skincare products at the same time. Using appropriate cleansers and moisturizers can help support your skin's tolerance during treatment.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
