Usage instructions

Apply liberally to all exposed areas—approximately 7 teaspoons (35ml) for an average-sized adult. Wait 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or more frequently when sweating, or immediately after swimming or towel drying. Protect yourself with a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunglasses. Stay cool and seek shade, particularly between 10 am and 3 pm. Always reapply sunscreen frequently and avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure.

Store below 30°C.
