Usage instructions

Apply generously—approximately 4 teaspoons per application. Always apply 20 minutes before sun exposure and allow to dry. Reapply every 2 hours (or more frequently after swimming, towel drying, or sweating). Protect yourself with a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunglasses. Stay cool and seek shade, especially between 10 AM and 3 PM. Always reapply and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
