Directions for Use
Before using for the first time, clean the product thoroughly. Store all components in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use in a microwave or traditional oven, and avoid boiling or steam sterilization. Feeding teats can be sterilized. The product is dishwasher safe (top rack only) or can be hand washed in warm, soapy water and rinsed thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive agents or scourers.
Storage & Warnings
For your child's safety, this product is not a toy and should always be used under adult supervision. Do not allow children to walk or run while carrying this product. Keep unused components out of reach of children, and do not allow them to chew or bite on it, as individual parts may pose a choking hazard. Clean before each use and, if using with a feeding teat, place it in boiling water for 5 minutes prior to the first use for hygiene. Always check the temperature of liquids or food before consumption, as hot liquids may cause burns. Avoid using with liquids or food over 45°C (113°F) and be cautious when opening, as pressure may cause liquid to spray. The straws are not suitable for children under 6 months of age. Do not use feeding teats as a soother or pacifier. Always inspect the teat, spout, or straw for signs of damage or weakness before use and discard them at the first sign of wear. Prolonged sucking of fluids can lead to tooth decay. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight or heat and do not leave parts in disinfectant solutions longer than recommended, as this could weaken them. Some liquids or foods may cause discoloration, which does not affect performance. Do not use with hot or carbonated drinks or juices containing pulp. Retain packaging and care instructions for future reference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
