Directions for Use

For optimal results, consume 60-90 minutes before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercising. It can also be enjoyed any time of the day as a protein and collagen boost.

To prepare, add 30g (approximately 3 level scoops) to 300-400ml of cold water in a glass or shaker, and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

Protein requirements for athletic women may vary based on physique and exercise intensity. Enjoy a maximum of 2 servings per day.
