Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Items are shipped from our Belrose warehouse, and we aim to dispatch orders within three days, though this may vary during peak demand periods. Ensure your address is correct; if you notice an error, contact us immediately. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. If the item arrives damaged, please use our Contact Us form and include images of the product. Claims for damaged shipping cannot be accepted if the product labels have been removed or if the product has been used.
Cheeki offers a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty under our warranty guidelines. To return an unused product, please contact us for assistance. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the shipment to the Cheeki warehouse and the return shipping to the customer. If a refund is granted, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy applies to both our Arch Support Thongs and Hydration products. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
